The sling device of the ton bag unpacking station can stably lift the ton bag and place it on the ton bag support plate. The pneumatic clamping device on the transition hopper is controlled by a cylinder to open. Manually place the bag mouth into the clamping device, close the cylinder to compress the bag mouth, then untie the rope, and the materials are discharged from the bag into the transition hopper. The transition hopper feeds the materials to the weighing hopper through a flexible screw feeder.The unique frame design of the ton bag unpacking station has multiple adjustable heights to adapt to ton bags of different sizes.It is controlled by a pneumatic handle, which is stable and safe for the ton bag unpacking process.

Working process of Big Bag Discharging Station:

• The electric hoist of the ton bag unpacking station is hoisted and fixed on the beam, and can also be fixed on the floor slab to achieve the ideal working effect. However, it should be noted that both the beam and the floor slab must be fixed properly; otherwise, the safety of the ton bag unpacking equipment will be affected.
• The ton bag is hoisted by the electric hoist to the top of the hopper, and the bag mouth is inserted into the feed port of the hopper. Then close the bag valve tightly, untie the bag mouth, and allow the materials in the bag to flow into the hopper smoothly, so as to realize dust-free operation and ensure the quality of materials during ton bag unpacking.
• The materials fall through the hopper to the lower rotary valve and then enter the bottom pipeline. The compressed air in the ton bag unpacking equipment can pneumatically convey the materials to the destination, completing the unpacking and conveying work of the materials.
• Perform dust suction treatment on scattered materials, use a dust collector to filter out the generated dust, and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere, so that operators can work in a clean and tidy environment for ton bag unpacking. If the dust content is low, it is sufficient to install a filter element at the exhaust port, and no dust collector is needed.
• The overall height of the ton bag unpacking station is between 2-5 meters, which only needs to meet its usage requirements. If the height is too high to meet the operation needs, it will affect the normal material unpacking. Therefore, attention should be paid to the overall height control of the ton bag unpacking equipment to avoid affecting normal production.
